Fab slogan tees you need in your life!

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I wanted to share with you these fab quirky slogan tees created by Emma Bashforth.  Emma designs clothing and has her own online fashion store called Culture Shocked Couture. These amazing shirts  Emma has designed are a new venture as she wanted to create something for a wider audience and introduce a younger generation to her designs. I have collaborated some of Emma's new designs which you can buy here Emma's online store
This tee is very striking and bold as are all of them; it's very hard to pick a favorite.

Such a pretty tee with a strong meaningful quote. Again, you can style all of these up or down with jeans or a skirt. Click here to buy
I love the print of this tee so striking and bold and easy to style with it being monochrome; it will go with pretty much anything! Click here to buy £14.99

Here is Emma herself wearing the girls with a dream, become women with vision tee. Emma shows how you can style it up by adding accessories.

It's always nice to support independent fashion designers from time-to-time rather than the big high street brands!

Champagne afternoon tea

Champagne afternoon tea

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog. Today I wanted to share with you the lovely afternoon I shared with my Mum for Mother's day. I booked this gorgeous champagne afternoon tea on Red letter days at Mosborough hall hotel. The sandwiches were so delicious and the scones were too, everything was really nice. We couldn't finish all of this, though but we did take some of it home as it would have been such a shame to waste it all. I think it was lovely to end the afternoon with a lovely glass of champagne it gave the afternoon tea experience a real sense of class and elegance. All in all me and my Mum had a lovely afternoon and we would both highly recommend Mosborough Hall hotel for afternoon tea if you're around the Sheffield area.

The sandwiches included: Cream cheese and cucumber, cheese and onion and egg mayonnaise. We opted for the vegetarian option so you can include meat sandwiches if that's more for you. The scones were homemade and came with a side of jam and clotted cream. The last tier included an array of cute little miniature desserts which were very yummy!

So all in all a really lovely experience and I would highly recommend.

Until next time,
Lauren

Action photography - water skiers

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog. First, before I introduce this post, what do you think of my new blog theme? I really wanted a change as I found the theme to be dated and it didn't go with my new style. These pictures were taken last weekend at Rother Valley. There were many water skiers around and I had my camera, so why not capture a few. I am very happy with these images as I have captured them in action and in the air. These images were taken when we had the lovely bit of weather, which unfortunately has left us now, sad faces.

So, as always here are the images and let me know what you think in the comments!

What do you think of my new theme and images? let me know in the comments.
Until next time,

Video: Sheffield Recovery Community - Mick's story

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog. Today's post is a little something different - it's a video I created! I interviewed Mick Hartley, project manager of the Sheffield Recovery Community. This amazing project prides itself on helping drug addicts get clean, and stay clean with help and support in a close group.

Mick knows the struggle his self of what it's like recovering from drug addiction and decided to take action by setting up this amazing project. I asked Mick several questions all about his work and the project in the video below; it would be great if you could give it a watch and show some support.  This video is also for my final project at college, this is the last project I will complete before university in September!

The video is listed on my Youtube channel, and this so happens to be my first upload!

Let me know what you think of the video in the comments or on YouTube comments.
Until next time,
Lauren
